The Gastronomy Undergraduate Program provides students with a comprehensive and interdisciplinary education in the art and science of food. Through a diverse curriculum, students explore the cultural, historical, and scientific aspects of gastronomy, preparing them for exciting careers in the food industry and beyond.

Our Gastronomy Undergraduate Program consists of 8 semesters and you must take 3 compulsory courses each semester. You can graduate by taking a total of 24 courses.

The Gastronomy Undergraduate Program is an academic program offered by certain universities and institutions that focuses on the study of food and culinary arts from various perspectives, including cultural, historical, social, and scientific aspects.
