The Forensic Engineering Master’s program is a master’s program that aims to provide the technological and legal knowledge and skills necessary for the investigation, prevention and combating of digital crimes and cyber crimes, which are increasing day by day.

This program is specifically aimed at students with undergraduate degrees in law, computer science, and engineering. In this way, students will have knowledge of both legal and technical issues and will specialize in forensic engineering.

The Master’s Program  consists of a total of 3 terms, with the first two terms focused on coursework and the third term dedicated to thesis work.

During the first term, students are required to take a total of 3 courses, and in the second term, they are obligated to complete 6 courses.

Within the scope of the program, students are given detailed information about the technologies used for the detection and prevention of cybercrime, as well as the collection, analysis and reporting of digital data. In addition, practical studies are carried out on software and tools that are widely used in the field of forensic engineering.

Another important feature of the program is that it provides an education that will enable students to deal with the problems they may encounter in the field of forensic engineering by working on real-world scenarios. In this way, students will be prepared for the difficulties they may encounter in real life by applying the theoretical knowledge in practice.

The Forensic Engineering Master’s program aims to train qualified forensic experts needed by many institutions in both the public and private sectors. In addition, this program, which allows students to continue their doctoral programs, also provides an opportunity for students who want to pursue a career in forensic engineering.
