The Master’s Program in Agricultural Engineering consists of a total of 3 terms, with the first two terms focused on coursework and the third term dedicated to thesis work.

During the first term, students are required to take a total of 3 courses, and in the second term, they are obligated to complete 6 courses.

The Faculty of Agriculture master’s program offers an advanced academic curriculum designed to deepen students’ knowledge and expertise in agricultural sciences and practices. Through specialized coursework and research opportunities, students delve into advanced topics such as crop genetics and breeding, sustainable agriculture, agricultural economics, and precision farming techniques.   2. Sustainable Agriculture and Agroecology: Analyzing principles and practices of sustainable agriculture, including organic farming, agroforestry, conservation agriculture, and integrated pest management.

  3. Agricultural Policy and Development: Studying agricultural policy formulation, analysis, and implementation at local, national, and international levels, with a focus on rural development, food security, and trade policies.

  4. Advanced Soil Management and Conservation: Investigating advanced topics in soil science, soil fertility management, soil conservation techniques, and soil health assessment methods.

  5. Precision Agriculture and Remote Sensing: Examining the application of remote sensing, geographic information systems (GIS), and precision farming technologies in agriculture, including site-specific management, variable rate applications, and data analytics.

  6. Advanced Animal Science and Production: Delving into advanced topics in animal science, including animal nutrition, reproduction, genetics, and livestock management practices for improved productivity and welfare.

  7. Agricultural Economics and Policy Analysis: Applying economic principles and quantitative methods to analyze agricultural markets, farm management decisions, policy impacts, and economic development in rural areas.
