Following the global selection process, which attracted 21 distinguished applications from 8 different countries, and after a rigorous evaluation and shortlisting procedure, the ICBA Board of Directors has reached a final decision.

🎓 We proudly announce that Prof. Dr. Andrei Volkov has been appointed as the new Rector of British International University (ICBA).

As an England-based international online university, ICBA is committed to advancing global academic excellence and providing innovative higher education opportunities across borders. With Prof. Dr. Volkov’s vision and leadership, we are confident that the university will further strengthen its academic reputation and global presence.
